Vodka is very popular not only because of its easy mix element, but also because of the class attached to the alcoholic beverage. There are basically two types of vodkas, both of which can be used and easily incorporated in mixed drinks vodka beverages, clear vodkas and flavored vodkas.

The obvious difference between the clear vodka and the flavored vodka is the flavor, as both of which can be clear in appearance. Clear vodkas are great for just about any mix drink as the flavors can be from the fruit juice and the beverage put in the mixed drink. Flavored vodkas, however, are harder to incorporate as they have a distinct flavor of their own and are in themselves their own drinks and mix.
